We are equipped with a system that can be used for pulverizing polyolefins as well as mixing powders with granules and/or liquids. Add Polymers Innovation is a manufacturing company founded in 2018 from decades of experience in different sectors of the plastic industry. We combine the production and commercialisation of our own high-tech polymeric materials with the ability to develop and manufacture new custom-made ones, from small prototypes through to an industrial-scale production. Sunnytizer is a new-generation family of polymer additives with strong antibacterial activities commercialized as the result of a collaboration with high-profile research centers. Sunnytizer is a non-toxic additive, free of heavy metals, and certified for food contact. Sunnytizer can be easily incorporated into the most common plastic materials without altering the production process in any way --- just add Sunnytizer (or the masterbatch) to the plastic material to give antibacterial properties to the final product. We offer innovative solutions to complex problems, developing new technologies or creating custom products. We offer our toll manufacturing services for industrial-scale production as well as small lots such as samples and spot orders.
