Robert Adler is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of AACP. Adler has over two decades of leadership positions at financial services firms including Bridgewater Associates, Strategic Value Partners, Bear Stearns Asset Management and Goldman Sachs. Jeff Brown serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of AACP and has over two decades of investing, due diligence and operating management experience in the alternative asset management industry. Brown founded and for five years led Dyal’s Business Services Platform. During his tenure at BSAM, he was the Chief Development Officer and led the strategic expansion of the Firm from $23bn in AUM to $55bn in AUM over a four-year time period.

The Adler Companies is a boutique, South Florida-based development and interior design firm specializing in the creation of custom homes.

Before founding Arqitel, Andrew led investment efforts for the real estate arm of a large single-family office, overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, execution, and management of its investments. Before joining Arqitel, Debra was a Director of Asset Management at JRK Property Holdings, a Southern California-based multifamily and hospitality real estate investment firm. Prior to joining Arqitel, Dan led distribution within the Central US for both OppenheimerFunds and Invesco. Prior to joining Arqitel, Terry was a researcher in spatial data science and machine learning at the University of Glasgow's school for Geographical and Earth Sciences. David Kabiller is a Founding Partner and the Chairman of Arqitel. Andrew Berman is a Founding Partner and Head of Acquisitions at Arqitel. Nick Bruce is a Founding Partner and Head of Investments & Research at Arqitel. Debra Tani is a Vice President of Asset Management at Arqitel.

David is a co-managing member of SAA | EVI and has diversified experience in real estate development including finance, land acquisition, sourcing of equity and debt, as well as construction management and administration. Alexander has 40 years of experience in real estate development, construction and property management, as well as experience providing urban and regional planning services to over 20 communities within New York State. Alexander remains dedicated to providing quality affordable housing to all residents of SA+A-developed communities while working to create new innovations to allow for the development of additional affordable housing.
