We provide design review and consulting aimed at ensuring the configuration is suitable for prototype manufacturing through high volume manufacturing processes and all steps in between. To compliment this further, we provide apprentice programs for new hires so they can quickly gain the key elements necessary to process each component on a variety of machines and operations. AIC enjoys its’ reputation as the premier Rapid Delivery Prototype Shop providing complex geometries to our local and worldwide customer base. AIC can machine customer supplied materials or manufacture from our inventory of Hi Purity Quartz and Alumina (99.5% and higher). What sets us apart is our ability to consistently deliver complex designs from these tough materials, usually within 2-4 weeks of order placement, in quantities that permit rapid design confirmation and real-time testing of emerging design concepts. This Rapid Delivery commitment compliments our customer’s NPI (new product introduction) activities, continues to support their early production launch phase and ultimately to production applications either directly or in support of the higher tier suppliers.
