We are an approved source for UTC Aerospace Systems, Pratt & Whitney, and over three hundred subcontractors. The company continued to grow under their management and they recognized the need to offer value added services to their clients. They began by offering cut to size pieces with simple machining operations and as they saw their clients’ needs grow so did they. This offered a method of cutting that would not create heat affected zones and that could cut certain materials that were not easily cut by conventional means. We have continued to acquire equipment that allows us to control quality and delivery times of the products we supply. Our change in focus from a material supplier, to that of a service center offering semi-finished parts, was in major part due to our customers need for reliable on-time deliveries. Being able to guarantee such service led to achieving record on-time deliveries of 99% plus during the last five consecutive years of supply. We offer a one stop solution to our customers by providing value added services, including processing, testing, coating, inspection, and kitting services.

We are unusual as a manufacturer in the choice that we offer our customers through which they can take delivery of their components – including kitting, kanban, consignment stocking and direct line feed supply – allowing them to simplify their supply chain logistics. We have the technical expertise and machines to manufacture most ‘made to print’ specialist parts or simple assemblies and a comprehensive range of standard aviation grade components. Our range of CNC machines gives us the capability to handle most manufacturing processes, from simple turning to complex 5-axis milling, in all aerospace grade metals and plastics. Our focus on the careful management of manufacturing processes and stock control enables us offer our customers the ability to choose the method of component supply that best fits with their manufacturing processes – be it kitting, kanban, consignment stock or direct line feed. A supplier to many of the world’s leading equipment manufacturers for more than 28 years, our components can be found on many of the world’s most advanced commercial airliners and military aircraft. If the quality of our manufacturing can be expected of a company of our pedigree, our flexible approach to component supply might not. Engineering excellence, outstanding manufacturing performance, rigorous production processes and attention to detail, customer care and flexibility of supply combine to create a reputation that goes beyond our name – Precision Aerospace Component Engineering.
