Alchemie Ltd is a privately owned U.K company with over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the Polymer Resin industry. Our core business is the formulation and manufacture of Epoxy and Polyurethane Resin products. We also manufacture and supply RTV Silicone Rubber and Model board, plus a wide range of Ancillary products. We export to over 50 different countries, and our products are used across a diverse selection of industry sectors which includes; Composites, Formula 1, Rail, Oil & Gas, Pattern-making, Foundry and Modelmaking. Having our own in-house Research and Development facility enables us to offer our customers bespoke resin solutions to meet their own specific product requirements. To optimise our manufacturing capacity we also operate a Toll manufacturing service for companies looking to outsource their product manufacture. The European commitment to the environment is demanding a change in the production systems of the aeronautical industry, since it is considered one of the sectors with the greatest involvement in CO2 emissions.

They provide pronounced service second to none, go above and beyond, delivered to us in the off hour, and on weekends when we were in desperate need. We go to no other providers for our chemicals. Anchem continues to operate with the leadership of the Vieira family. Through a focus on relationship building, Anchem became known for being responsive and willing to work with their customers and suppliers to achieve mutual success and to find opportunities that encouraged growth. Anchem grew steadily, expanding into a variety of product areas including specialty blending, geothermal fluids, and custom packaging. With this mindset, growth and diversification of services and product ranges naturally progressed. Today, the services that are offered include tank installations and monitoring, private labelling, specialty blending, as well as bulk and packaged delivery. From our initial interaction with our customer through to the delivery of product and into the future, responsibility continues to be our commitment.

Because our sales folks understand the chemistry, they’re able to suggest solutions that provide better results than what customers have tried in the past. Unlike anyone else in our space, our chemists have a combined 1,000 years of experience, and we don’t restrict their creativity with a limited raw material pallet. We also make our own prepolymers (A-side), so our products are truly unique. This can be costly and take a little more time, but that’s how we provide exceptional value to our customers. To support this approach, we maintain three analytical laboratories operated by a team of over a dozen skilled chemists and technicians, enabling us to offer rapid turnaround times. Their primary role is to offer exceptional on-site technical support to our customer base across North America.

Within the company there is over 40 years of qualified experience in all aspects of metals and engineering processes industries, and the support capability, systems and protocols required to supply what our customer needs. Our extensive technical knowledge in the processes to manufacture, ranges from foundry, rolling mills, smelting and forging, from welded fabrications and machined parts through to additive manufacturing (3D printing). Our qualified metallurgical knowledge in the characteristics of the metals range from structure and properties through to heat treatments, formability and suitability. The experienced support capabilities in all aspects of specification, quality management, certification, administration and pricing gives our customer the confidence and peace of mind behind the actual purchase of our products in a long-term partnership.
