That year the organization was founded as a German-Romanian joint venture in Satu Mare, a small beautiful city in NV of Romania. They both have a passion for computing technologies with a special focus on software development. Back then we were one of the few software outsourcing service providers in Romania. In 2007 we took full ownership of the product.
