B&D Manufacturing provides a full line of innovative and advanced Mobile Maintenance Equipment for surface mining which includes many one of a kind products to work on the world’s largest Mining Haul Trucks. B&D Manufacturing’s safe, qualified and experienced field service crews are available 24/7 to meet your scheduled maintenance and emergency needs. Our professional, qualified millwrights, welders and machinists specialize in a wide variety of services including industrial infrastructure, maintenance programs and equipment installations, repairs and reconstruction. Our in-house Engineering department also provided designs for many of these custom jobs. ISO 9001 and our Mantra to Improve Safety while Increasing Production, drives our ability to deliver high quality, to enable on time execution of our projects. B & D Manufacturing has achieved well over 1,000,000 hours of no lost time. Our industrial design team works alongside our product engineers to develop innovative technology and equipment. BDE Manufacturing Technologies (BDE) is a state-of-the-art CNC machine shop in Beaverton Oregon, about 15 miles west of Portland Oregon. This includes preproduction consulting and planning, design services, tooling, prototyping, production, and assembly capabilities. BDE’s senior staff has an average of 20+ years’ experience in the manufacturing arts with skills in many different disciplines. By bringing all parties together to focus on solutions, BDE has built a strong reputation for helping customers fulfill their manufacturing needs. This philosophy is the driving force behind the constant evaluation and implementation of new technologies. As a result, BDE has developed a very strong and diverse manufacturing capability.
