Alle Betonblockstein schalungen werden professionell durch Schweißroboter geschweißt. Betonblock®-Gussformen sind für den intensiven, täglichen Gebrauch geeignet und haben eine Lebensdauer von über zehn Jahren. Die Betonverschwendung gehört mit Betonblock®-Gussformen der Vergangenheit an. Die Betonblöcke aus den Betonblock®-Gussformen werden dank der Noppen auf der Oberseite des Blocks oftmals mit den bekannten LEGO®-Steinen verglichen. Die Formstabilität der Betonblock®-Gussformen gewährleistet, dass jeder Betonblockstein exakt die gleichen Abmessungen hat. Betonblock®-Gussformen werden in der Betonindustrie von Betonwerken und von Reststoffverwertern zusammen mit Sand und Kies, zur Lagerung in Grabensilos u.a. Beton in einer Betonblock-Gussform braucht etwa 24 bis 48 Stunden zum Aushärten.
