We provide an ecosystem of expansion decks, clients and development tools to enable rapid development, flexibility and ease of use. We support and manufacture a variety of positioning technologies to enable autonomous flight and swarms with the Crazyflie. We believe in transparency, complete freedom of modification and no lock-in effects in proprietary APIs. The crazyflie is a versatile platform that is designed to engage people in learning about robotics and quadcopters.

Flyduino - in dessen Namen sich das Open Source Projekt "Arduino" widerspiegelt - hat zunächst in Zusammenarbeit mit der MultiWii Community den ersten erschwinglichen Flightcontroller auf ATMega 1280 Basis entwickelt, getestet und produziert. Mittlerweile ist Flyduino nicht nur ein Online-Shop, der günstige und zum Teil exklusive Komponeten aus eigener Entwicklung anbietet, sondern Flyduino betreibt auch eine eigene kleine Entwicklungsabteilung, unter der Leitung von Felix Niessen (in Kooperation mit Dieter Würtenberger) in der z.B. Des weiteren hat Flyduino sich dank der KISS Elektonik Linie einen Namen im Hochleistung RC Modellbau gemacht und bedient hier die Szene mit in Deutschland entwickelter Highend Elektronik. Komplettiert wurde die Steuerung durch diverse Sensorplatinen, die im Laufe der Zeit mehrere Entwicklungsstufen durchliefen und von Jussi Hermansen und Fabio Varesano (Italien - FreeIMU) stetig weiter voran getrieben wurden.Dabei stand immer der Endbenutzer im Fokus: Bezahlbarkeit der Komponenten, Einfachheit in der Benutzung und Transparenz der Firmware/Software waren die Motoren für die fortwährende Weiterentwicklung der Komponenten.Im Laufe der Zeit kamen Flugrahmen aus eigener Entwicklung, Motoren, Motorsteuerungen und weitere Peripherie hinzu. Unablässig war hier ebenso unser Entwickler Peter Haffner, der federführend unsere autonomen Multikopterprojekte leitet.
