Our mission is to get islands and countries around the world to legislatively mandate a commitment to 100% renewable energy by 2045. We are building a growing alliance of global organizations that are as committed as we are to saving the planet. Blue Planet Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2020 by visionary entrepreneur and leading climate change solutions advocate Henk Rogers. Henk is one of the world’s leading advocates and activists for reducing, and eventually eliminating, humankind’s dependence on fossil fuel. Prior to focusing on environmental protection, Henk was a pioneer in Japan’s fledgling computer game industry and developed the Black Onyx, the first role-playing game in Japan. Gay is a personal environmental health advisor, author, and the founder of Greenopia, a comprehensive city guide of sustainable businesses to help consumers eat, shop, and live green. Gay is a contributing editor to the Huffington Post and Thrive Global.
