BONESUPPORT was founded at the beginning of 2000 as a research company with a mission to design and develop a synthetic bone graft substitute that could replace autograft. BONESUPPORT AB is a Scandinavian orthobiologics company that develops and markets CERAMENT®, an innovative range of radiopaque injectable osteoconductive and drug-eluting bioceramic products that have a proven ability to heal defects by remodeling to host bone in six to twelve months. Our products are effective in treating patients with fractures and bone voids caused by trauma, infection, disease or related surgery. BONESUPPORT has completed the issuance of series C shares. Paper published in Science Advances data provides evidence that a combination of CERAMENT with a low dose of bone morphogenic protein-2 and zoledronic acid can completely heal a large segmental bone defect in an animal model.
