Our mission was to create a business that provides clients with truly exceptional civil engineering services and results. We develop substations, install cables and jointing, and even construct wind farms as part of the Energy Sector that we broke into in the early 2000s. Established in 1968, Cleantech Civils is in a position to celebrate 55 years of success due to a number of factors, not least because of our unwavering commitment to our clients and personnel. Cleantech Civils is a Civil Engineering company, founded in 1968 by the Smith family. While our initial service offering (of P & S as we were known) was to install local, rural water schemes, the company grew exponentially over the next five decades. Soon, thanks to a nationwide expansion programme, our services included water, wastewater and the built environment sectors. P & S Civil Works Ltd was rebranded as Cleantech Civils and now operates across Ireland and the UK. Our family-owned business may have changed over the years to provide a more diverse selection of construction and civil engineering solutions to our clients, but our core values have remained the same from the very first day.

CivTech has assembled a talented team that works together as a cohesive team. Bill interned with CivTech while an undergraduate and as an EIT, works in our Transportation Study group. Morgan started with CivTech as an intern and now works as an Engineer-in-Training in our study and planning groups. CivTech is a consulting engineering firm specializing in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and traffic design. CivTech’s focus is the continuation of quality, cost effective designs tailored to each specific project for each client.
