We are thrilled by this innovation as we know that we have the potential to make a real difference in the world with our new line of product - Compostica BioPlastics. We are already working to scale up production of the bio compound at our Hyderabad plant, and we are ready to cater large orders to companies from all over India and beyond. Further, we provide sanitation operations and maintenance (O&M) services to one of the largest rail networks globally, the Indian Railways, and ensure a pleasant travel experience for millions of passengers every day. Today, we are focused on finding ways to reduce the country's reliance on single-use plastics, which had become a major source of pollution and waste. We are opting for a new line of compostable bags that could be used in place of traditional petroleum-based plastics in a variety of applications. We are working with local businesses and communities to promote the use of biodegradable plastic. We are a licensee (through the transfer of technology) and have partnered with DRDO for technology commercialization for large-scale deployment of Eco-friendly biodegradable plastic.
