You will see plenty of pictures of each product and it is our policy to be as accurate as possible in explaining the size and condition of every item, especially pre-owned items. Our no quibble guarantee is that if you are not satisfied with any product, just decide not to keep it after all, or if it is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or your money back.

We provide tracking to all customers upon request if available. Just simply place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package with instruction to proceed with the exchange or refund. We will replace the product for the same item. We must be notified of defective products within 7 days of receiving purchase. If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to Customer. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information. If the product was shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility for shipping costs and the full cost of the items shipped.
