EM Acoustics is an independent British manufacturer of high-end professional loudspeaker systems. We believed that burdensome and unnecessary electronic complexity could get in the way of the fundamental goal of sound reinforcement: fidelity, accuracy, and ultimate headroom. Combining precision engineering with robust build quality, our products are designed to deliver top-class performance throughout the demand curve, backed up by one-to-one customer support for the life of the product. Using state-of-the-art automation as well as skilled craftwork, we handle our own woodwork and paint processes, circuitry, conduct final assembly and comprehensively test in a modern 15,000 square foot factory in the heart of Surrey, England using a dedicated local workforce. We achieve as much of the manufacturing process in house as is possible, sourcing components and materials from elite suppliers. A natural scientist by training, Ed handles product acoustic design and the sound design of venues. An award-winning sound designer, Greg handles brand development and publicity at EM. They all share a genuine passion for the products that they manufacture, and without them the show would not go on.

This long view of audio-visual consulting created opportunities to work with leading architects and as the 1990s brought a surge of interest into the possibilities of video conferencing, Engineering Harmonics was at the front of the field. Prior to joining Engineering Harmonics Andrew owned and operated an AV integration firm specializing in enterprise AV solutions. Claude Bedard is a Partner, Senior Consultant and Manager of the Ottawa Office. Claude is the lead Multimedia Systems Design Engineer for several multi-year projects related to the relocation of the Senate of Canada, the new House of Commons Chamber and numerous Government Committee Rooms in Ottawa. Martin is a Senior Consultant, Partner and head of design at Engineering Harmonics.

We are a full service audio, visual and acoustic specialist design practice. We are independent of any manufacturers, installation contractors or production companies. We can provide the client with as much support as needed including bringing in a specialist operations team to ensure that the opening event and first period are successful while bedding in the long term scenario. Mark is an industry leader with 25 years of experience in audiovisual and acoustic design for live events. With over 15 years of experience, Kevin has led specialist engineering teams for landmark projects including Qatar Foundation Stadium, the London Olympic Stadium, and Kuala Lumpur Sports City, as well as for unique, experience-based projects such as Outernet London, Samsung KX, and Superbloom for the Queen’s Jubilee. Kevin’s passion for music production and sound design is the driving force behind content creation at Experience. Paulie is a multi-disciplinary designer and engineer specialising in creative and immersive spatial audio and video systems for venues and events – ranging from pavilions, arenas and stadia to pop-up events, sculptural installations, museums, and exhibitions. Vivian is a highly skilled 3D specialist with an outstanding record of innovation within design.
