The Trumpf Tru-Laser 3040 operated by Tyneside Lasers Ltd gives us capacity to cut a wide range of metals including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and other exotic materials.With over 40 years of profiling, engineering and sheet metal work experience, our staff can offer the service, turnaround and efficiency our customers demand.With a large 4000x2000 bed, and semi automatic loading arm to reduce manual handling, Tyneside Lasers can provide a full cutting service on large items without the need for secondary dressing processes on edges and holes, and without the need to remove marks on the material caused by manual or fork lift truck sheet handling.Having a positional tolerance of +/-0.1mm at all times, our laser profiling can in most cases remove the need for secondary machining operations in all applications barring the tightest of machined tolerances. We use 3 leading powder suppliers, to ensure the best finish is available for your products.
