JAF Creative Solutions (JAF) is led by Founder, Joshua A. AIA, ULI who is an award-winning architectural designer and community partnerships consultant. Joshua spent the early years of his career focusing on the design and construction of affordable and market-rate housing projects in Los Angeles County. Combining that experience with his education in Real Estate Development, sustainability, and project management, Joshua launched JAF. JAF’s clients consist of architecture and design firms, real estate development companies, and non-profit organizations looking to do work in underserved communities.

Nabih Youssef Associates Structural Engineers (NYA) provides specialized structural and earthquake engineering consulting services.
