About — Fluid Resource Management - California Wastewater Treatment
Our mission is to protect California's water resources through compliance with discharge permits, developing new and more efficient treatment methods, responding rapidly to emergencies, and providing trained, licensed staff to act as stewards of our clients' equipment and facilities. Fluid Resource Management (FRM) was founded in 1999 to address the need for contract operations for small water and wastewater systems on California’s Central Coast. Continuing the company’s founding vision of being the leading provider of services for the water, wastewater, winery and stormwater industries on the Central Coast, FRM now has five separate divisions each specializing in a particular aspect of water and wastewater. Fluid Resource Management offers water, wastewater, winery process waste and stormwater treatment and management. Our highly-specialized and certified staff offers operations, maintenance, mechanical, controls, compliance and engineer/manufacture/build/operate (EMBO) services and emergency response 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
