GenZ is an active member of the Smart Energy Council and maintains certification on the Clean Energy Council’s list of approved batteries; regularly reviewing Australian Standards and guidelines to ensure compliance. The genZ team bring in-house engineering expertise to bear, continually tuning battery hardware and BMS software for optimal field performance. Each genZ battery module has a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) for safety, reliability and longevity. Accordingly, genZ LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) cells are well suited to these types of environments where high temperatures, long maintenance free installation and rugged design are vital for performance in the field. After several years of design and product refinement, genZ developed rack mount 2kWh and 3kWh battery modules for industrial and home energy applications. There are now many thousands of genZ LFP batteries in use across Australia with the likes of federal and state government departments, state police forces, as well as off- grid and hybrid home energy storage solutions. Through quality assurance tests and extensive data analysis, genZ have designed a battery range that provides peak performance in tough Australian conditions and is space efficient.
