Established in 1990 “GRIP” was formed to supply and service both OEM and end users with quality conveyor belting and associated products. Due to customer demand GRIP started to manufacture conveyors in the late 1990s and now provide a full conception, CAD design, manufacture and installation service. GRIP’s mission is to build on its impressive track record of success as a manufacturer of belt and roller conveyors and a supplier and installer of conveyor systems. It achieves this aim through the provision of high-quality products and excellent customer service. We can deliver comprehensive turnkey systems for manufacturers across many sectors including packaging, warehousing, clothing, food processing, cosmetics, automotive and engineering. In addition, GRIP can provide expertise and support to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), project management companies and engineering businesses. GRIP can support it’s clients by offering a wide spectrum of engineering services including powered rollers, gravity rollers, bespoke fabrications, gantries, access platforms and walkways. GRIP understand that our clients need to keep their production lines running smoothly, which is why we offer a on-site servicing including splicing, tracking, tensioning and preventative maintenance.

Grip-Tech (Pty) Ltd, founded in 1997, actively develops and manufactures engineering products. We produce vehicle security products and components for the automotive industry. We are approved suppliers to FORD, Nissan, Hyundai, and most distributors. We are members of the Vehicle Security Association of SA (VESA). We manufacture several CNC Systems including the Plasma-Drill range,. Business areas include CNC Machinery, Automotive security, Manufacturing, and Engineering Skills development. We have advanced design and manufacturing facilities in Johannesburg, South Africa, and manufacture high volume components in Shanghai, China.
