Hardcarb designs and manufactures its first generation in-situ hardfacing equipment “Flexi-clad X1”. Hardcarb launches its liteplates in 3+3, 4+2 and other such combinations. Hardcarb designs and manufactures its own flux-cored wire line after more than 3 years of research and development. At Hardcarb, we understand the importance of operational reliability and power our products to be immune to wear. Our products fight abrasion, erosion, stress, impact and other wear-causing factors, which are often coupled with heat and corrosion. Our products ensure an increased industrial “uptime” and remain a tried and tested reference for protection under the harshest wear conditions. Hardcarb composite wearplates consist of a steel backing plate on which a very hard wear-resistant alloy is deposited using a proprietary welding process. Hardcarb deposition welding materials are available in many different material specifications: Hardfacing (iron – nickel – cobalt base), cladding, repair and buffering, stainless steels, dissimilar steel joining etc.
