We produce lines for filling and sealing food products in rigid containers (glass jars and bottles, aluminium and tinplate cans, plastic jars and bottles). The production started as sub-supplier of machines and components for the food industry. Initially with the piston fillers before introducing the production range as well the vacuum fillers and pocket fillers. The food market demand is more and more orientated to new products and new types of container. Multi-filler from 2 to 5 stations to fill different kinds of product in different steps and monoblocks with cleaning, filling and capping phases are developed to follow the needs of Customers. With the aim of increasing the productivity of Customers, a new piston filler with vertical valve was developed for an easy to clean volumetric filler with a better filling accuracy. The first complete lines were supplied for different kinds of product: rehydrated beans, vegetables, condensed milk, tomato paste,…. The containers volumes range is between 30 and 5000 ml and the production capacity can reach 1200 containers per minute.

We offer HDPE, ROPP ad metal twist off capping machines as standalone units or integrated into filling lines.
