Our mission is for the IAO brand to represent the revival of craftsmanship within the U.S. Through the combination of Michael’s manufacturing background, Adam’s entrepreneurial spirit and Sean’s creative acumen, Iron Age Office was born (2015). Fully dedicated to their professions, Michael and Adam trusted Sean to take full creative control of the company. With a mission to revive craftsmanship in the U.S, the company plans to become the largest handcrafted furniture manufacturer in the country. Today we manufacture hardwood cabinet components, mouldings, edge glued panels, and specialty millwork for the kitchen and bath industry. Our goal is to be your trusted partner and a company you are proud to do business with. Nearly all of our products and services are driven by the specifications of our customers. We are proud of our efforts to protect our earth. It was on these foundational values that we founded Harris Hardwoods in 1994. Little by little we grew and changed, and over time became a trusted supplier for these hardworking people. We use state of the art equipment to manufacture precision cut mouldings and component parts. Our team has set the standard of fine craftsmanship in manufacturing products we’re proud to put our name on.

Ideal Manufacturing, LLC, started in 2013 with a vision to help manufacturing businesses be more efficient and profitable in their production - and therefore more profitable. Eli Ebersole noticed that many woodworking shops, lawn furniture companies, and other manufacturing shops were sometimes having difficulty with bottlenecks in their production lines. All of these problems were resulting in bottlenecks on assembly lines, less productivity, and overall lower business profitability. In response to this, Eli started Ideal Manufacturing in 2013 with a focus on designing and building high-quality production machinery for these production shops. The company now offers multiple products, including a high-efficiency stile & rail shaping system, a double pocket hole machine with automatic screw insertions, and the capability of producing fully customized machinery and fabrication equipment. Today, Ideal Manufacturing offers a full line of custom machinery options including 3D design, electronic controls, air controls, hydraulic controls, general fabrication, and other custom designs to make your shop more efficient and more profitable! We believe every cabinet shop or manufacturing plant deserves versatile woodworking machinery that makes efficient and consistent molding and shaping easy.

Established in 1986, Hanson Fine Building manages all phases of construction, including demolition, concrete and masonry, mechanical systems, and framing and finish carpentry. The Hanson portfolio includes projects recognized for craftsmanship and preservation quality with awards from the American Institute of Architects, Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, Preservation Pennsylvania, Residential Architect magazine, Remodeling magazine, Docomomo-US, HOUZZ, and Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia.
