With a focus on grid-connected solar photovoltaic electricity generation plants, our capabilities span the entire value chain from site origination, development, financing, EPC, O&M, and asset management. In addition, we have also entered the electric vehicle charger market as a service provider. Sun is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada with more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and internal control. Zheng is an accomplished business strategist with over 25 years of experience in brand marketing, investments, business development and solar project operations. Pasalic is a private equity professional and a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in corporate, securities and regulatory matters.

Matt is a licensed General(B), Electrical(C-10), & Solar(C-46) contractor in the State of California. Will is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California and has been in the renewable energy construction space since 2009. Jay works with the Project Manager/Project Coordinator Teams as well as the Contracts Team to ensure budgets, scopes and schedules are met. From site plan review, conceptual layouts, and financing, to design, construction, and maintenance, we provide a seamless experience from start to finish. Our experienced in-house team of designers, engineers, and installers is equipped to deliver renewable energy solutions for multifamily, commercial/industrial, and public works projects of any size.
