Vadim joined the team after 27 years of experience leading Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Medical Device Global market leaders - Toshiba Medical, Johnson & Johnson, and Philips Healthcare. Previously, Amihay held various R&D and engineering roles at Medinol and in other innovative medical device companies, such as Ovalum vascular and Optonol (acquired by Alcon laboratories). Prior to joining Vectorious in 2021, Gil was a senior product manager in SolarEdge, responsible for breakthrough core solutions of the company accounting for a major part of the company's revenue. Daniel is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and holds a B.Sc. Lyade brings over 15 years of experience in quality and regulatory affairs for complex Class II and III implantable medical devices in start-ups and global organizations, both as an employee and a consultant to medical devices companies in various stages within the Israeli market. Doron specializes in the medical device segment, bringing over 7 years of experience in various supply chain management roles across several medium-sized companies and startups, including Eitan Medical, Momentis Surgical, and Healthy.io. Shahar has more than 25 years of experience leading engineering teams in the medical device industry, Shahar worked in start-ups (InStent, Given Imaging, BioProtect), and large companies (Medtronic, Philips), in roles of engineering and plant management.

This team successfully developed and out-licensed med-tech interventional cardiology products to companies like Medtronics in the 1990s. Eli is a mechanical engineer, inventor, and serial entrepreneur who is responsible for more than 100 inventions and 50 patents. Eli has more than 25 years of expertise in medical device development and interventional cardiology and has unique experience in developing cardiac metallic implants and delivery systems. Eli excels in leading product development teams from concept through product design and clinical approvals to worldwide sales. With rich expertise in clinical trial design and execution, Elad is skilled in business development in the field of medical devices, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), biomedical engineering, and cardiology. Dr Philip Lavin is a senior biomedical statistician and an independent statistical consultant for clinical trial design, analysis, execution, and representation to regulatory, reimbursement, and legal agencies. Dr Lavin has over 35 years serving as an expert consultant with core expertise in biostatistics. As a Managing Partner for Ballast Capital, Evan is on several MedTech boards and operates the investment firm, Ballast Capital LLC.

Ed is a named inventor on 30 granted patents and numerous patent applications. Rothman played a leading role in establishing interventional cardiology, particularly coronary angioplasty and stent implants. Rothman has founded and run a number of successful start-up companies and raised more than $1B in investment funding for early stage ventures. Henson has founded or served as CEO and chairman/board member for 18 emerging healthcare (medical device or biotechnology) firms. Neugarten has over 35 years of senior managerial experience, and over 15 years of experience in the medical industry. Thaler has more than 15 years of experience in investment management and financial research. Thaler is a board member of Vascular Dynamics, Ellipse Technologies, Interventional Spine, MiCardia, Tensys Medical and ValCare Medical. Vascular Dynamics is developing an innovative, endovascular platform technology to offer compelling treatment options for patients at risk of life-threatening conditions underserved by conventional treatments.

Chad has more than two decades of experience bringing innovative medical technologies to market. Brian Farley is a retired medical device executive and entrepreneur who built multiple successful medical technology companies from early-stage technology development, through commercialization and scaleup. Imran Eba is a founding partner at Action Potential Venture Capital, GSK’s corporate venture capital fund focused on investing in companies that pioneer bioelectronic medicines and other whitespace non-drug therapies. David Neustaedter, Ph.D., is a Venture Partner on the Medical Technologies team and joined the Firm in 2022. Andrew ElBardissi, M.D., is a Partner on the Medical Technologies team and joined the Firm in 2017. Reddy is a leading electrophysiologist, who focuses on developing and testing advanced therapies for cardiac arrhythmias and other conditions – including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardias.
