SENTECH Instruments develops, manufactures, and sells worldwide advanced quality instrumentation for Plasma Etching, PECVD, Atomic Layer Deposition, Thin Film Measurement (Spectroscopic Ellipsometry, Spectroscopic Reflectometry and Laser Ellipsometer) and Photovoltaics. The SENDURO®MEMS provides reliable and precise measurement of thin film stacks, using spectroscopic reflectometry and ellipsometry. Today SemiMetrics Ltd can call on a number of consultants and partner companies to develop new solutions for new measurement problems. SemiMetrics find the solution first by working with the client, and then find the partners needed to supply the required parts to build the solution. Eric Don founded the company with the objective of providing quality built solutions to measurement problems. Clients were initially exclusively R&D but are now also in manufacturing. However most problems encountered today have good solutions already available in the SemiMetrics portfolio of past projects or in “off the shelf” products from SemiMetrics suppliers. Typically our clients are working in research or manufacturing of advanced semiconductor materials for integrated circuits or optoelectronic devices. We then offer proven solutions from our portfolio of projects.

Intellemetrics works with customers to help automate and control their manufacturing processes. Intellemetrics systems are integrated into vacuum coating and plasma etch systems. We have customers around the world ranging from end users (universities, R&D labs, 24/7 production coating houses etc) to OEM equipment manufacturers who integrate our solutions into their offerings. We do this by understanding their manufacturing goals and then supplying a range of optical in-situ monitoring and control tools that allow our partners to achieve manufacturing yields and product performances that were previously unattainable. Because if our partners are successful, then we are successful. For instance, for our range of solutions for precision optical coatings, we provide unlimited on-going remote support to our partners in the form of analysing results, help in designing optical monitoring schemes for their particular product needs and help with driving yields and performances to higher levels. We work with customers around the world to help automate and control their manufacturing processes.

We are privately owned and proudly manufacture in the USA in our facility in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia. Importantly, we are certified according to the most stringent industry standards including ISO 9001, AS9100D, UL/CSA, ATEX, IECEx, TIIS, and KOSHA among others. Sentech was founded over 30 years ago by an entrepreneurial couple who wanted to leave a legacy of creating a company to design and manufacture world class sensors for various demanding and critical industries. They took this mission and made it a success through their diligence in working with their customers to understand their needs and requirements.
