Isoco Bikes GmbH

This unique technology, previously unseen in the bicycle world, is a first of its kind application in the e-bike market. The combination of material, technology and build delivers a performance bike with unique riding experience for use in both town and country. At the heart of the e-bike is a carbon-composite injected molded frame with hollow volume geometries proudly made in Germany. We’re solving the carbon footprint problem of bike manufacturing with the world’s most environment-friendly technology for bike frame production. Our carbon frame is 100% recyclable and reduces the CO2 emission by more than 50% compared to traditional frame production. Circular product design means it should never see a landfill as frame material may be used directly in construction of next generation frame. With this technology we bring back the bike frame production from Asia to Europe with a installed capability of producing up to 3 million bike frames per year in our plant in Saalfeld, Germany.

How can brands claim to have revolutionary technology in their bike when it is manufactured by the same people, in the same factory, in the same way as maybe five other brands' bikes? The UK is the heart of the most advanced automotive technology in the world - Forumla One - but until now hasn't had a high-performance carbon-fibre bike manufacturer. We use production methods that focus on manufacturing the best bikes, not the most bikes. Instead of manufacturing for quantity, we manufacture for performance. Manufacturing everything within the UK means we retain control over the performance and quality of every bike that leaves the door. Your REAP is built for you, nobody else.
