We provide a complete design stage, the technical design of tools and item sampling before the production of forgings from non-ferrous metals (brass, copper, aluminium). We are able to machine, shape, or mill our forgings from copper and aluminium alloys. We produce and test all tools and prototype parts in our company / ourselves, so we can guarantee the (manufacturing) of the products according to the specification. We are proud to pass on knowledge between generations of masters in manufacturing. We focus on drop forgings according to the technical specifications (of the product) and customer´s requests. Drop forging is suitable for serial production due to the high precision of the design (of individual pieces). We also provide a milling on CNC machines, which is a guarantee of quality cutting without any following machining. We have a separated CNC workplace in the machining hall for the production of components from bar semi-finished products.
