Keyland Polymer UV Powder develops, formulates, manufactures, and sells UV cured powder coatings; sold under the UVMax® brand. These coatings are suitable for a wide variety of applications and provide many environmental, productivity, and profitability benefits. It all began back in 2002 when DVUV built the first UV cured powder coating line in North America for MDF. Since then Keyland Polymer began manufacturing and producing its own resin and UV curable powder coatings not only for MDF, but additional substrates. Keyland Polymer UV Powder is founded and becomes the sole UV curable powder coating supplier for DVUV’s wood powder coating business. Keyland continues working to develop, formulate, and manufacture UV curable powder coatings for DVUV as well as other customers and substrates. Keyland Polymer UV Powder produces its first production scale volumes of polyester and epoxy resins. Keyland Polymer UV Materials Spain produces the first production quantities of UV cured resins at its new production facility.
