Born from overhead crane manufacturing, Kilner Vacuumation rapidly introduced vacuum lifting technology in to the UK steel industry. In 1970 Kilner Vacuumation acquired land for a new purpose built factory and with the rush for North Sea oil and gas, provided the steel industry with the necessary equipment to service the rolling mills. During the 1980s and 90s we developed products for many industries and contributed to many key projects.
