We are also active members of international and national organizations including International Trademark Association (INTA), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), MARQUES, Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG), European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), International Bar Association (IBA), Istanbul Arbitration Association (ISTA) and International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI). Kodiak was founded in 2021 by Melis Sılacı Korkmaz, Berrin Dinçer Özbey and Ayşen Kunt as a boutique law and IP services firm based in Istanbul. Kodiak provides IP and legal services in Turkish, English and French.
