Our mission is to provide the highest quality of life and related healthcare services to our residents. Compelled by this mission, we will use our abilities to enhance the dignity of our residents and pursue excellence through our holistic approach, providing spiritual and rehabilitative support with proven techniques that contribute to the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of all those entrusted to our care. Each have Skilled Nursing Centers and provide Short-Term Rehabilitation. Each of our locations is involved in various organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association, Hospice and other groups whose work benefits our aging population.

We provide exceptional care through collaboration with our caregivers, physicians, volunteers and community partners. We are Joint Commission Accredited, an Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Advanced Primary Stroke Center. We are called to serve each patient with dignity and respect while always providing exceptional care. Our mission as a Catholic Health Care Ministry inspires us to provide care for and to improve the health of those we serve with a special concern for the poor and the vulnerable. We offer skilled nursing services, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living in over 11 locations across Texas. Every day, Abri Health Care Services provides care for approximately 1,000 patients across our communities. We believe in treating others in a caring, kind, and truthful manner in ALL circumstances.
