This agreement covered the manufacture, supply and distribution of ASTM bolting to all of Shell’s major global assets for downstream application servicing new build and MRO requirements covering over sixty thousand unique parts.In Europe LoneStar Fasteners leveraged this agreement to establish a supply chain solution for major assets across the Netherlands, manufacturing supplying and distributing most parts from its UK manufacturing plant to the Netherlands within forty-eight hours. As a history of supply was built this was added to further, with strategic stocks to cater for major shutdowns and rush requirements. LoneStar Fasteners has a long reputation for supplying commercial and critical fasteners including OEM manufactured parts to several leading manufacturers of Industrial Gas Turbines and associated power generation activities.In 2014 LoneStar Fasteners signed an agreement with Siemens Industrial Turbo Machinery Lincoln, to supply a wide range of commercial and critical fasteners used in the manufacture, service and repair of its SGT range of Industrial Gas Turbines.
