Patrick is a Sustainable Energy Graduate from Eastern Connecticut State University. Our expertise in all facets of hydropower development--siting to permitting, interface with all constituents, managing design and construction to operation--provides a catalyst for the renewable energy market. Our access to environmentally sound technologies enables us to deliver projects for the low-impact hydro market. Our two key technologies provide a balance between efficiency, fish safety and environmental protection. Applying over 10 years of experience, NEHC designs, permits, and operates low-impact facilities in the United States. The legacy waterways that powered North America’s development provide a foundation for small-hydro development. Modern water systems can also provide opportunities for green projects.
