As the Director of Workforce Development, Shelbye is responsible for screening, interviewing and placing candidates on all contracts. As the Technical Staffing Manager, Scarlett is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for all contracts. Founded at the turn of the 21st Century, Orion Consortium's purpose is to provide quality consulting in Information Technology (IT) at a competitive price.
