Whilst we manufacturer all of the essential Seals, Gaskets and Shielding products that most companies would require, we also offer a full range of DEF Stan, ASTM D2000, SAE J200, Mil-G, MIL-R, AMS, FDA & NSF Grade Elastomers, as well as all the standard BS materials including BS2751, BS2752, BS1152, BS1154. We specialize in the application of high quality functional coatings for EMI and RFI mitigation (EMI/RFI shielding). Our coatings are typically applied to product housings or enclosures that encapsulate sensitive electronics. Our quality management system is the backbone of our operation. We operate multiple on site vacuum chambers and paint booths. This allows us to accommodate small and large production volumes with part counts ranging from one to one million. REC holds a certification to ISO 9001 and AS9100 D and we are committed to upholding the highest level of quality on all of our defense programs. This coating provides ample protection for most devices, but for highly sensitive devices we offer coatings that can achieve readings as low as 0.01Ω / in².
