Incorporated in 1990, we manufacture thermoformed tubing and connector assemblies for high purity, high temperature or corrosive environments, finish punched/cut film and tape products for filtration, sealing and insulating uses and thin-wall high performance tubing. We are perfectionists through and through, and our attention to detail is paramount in every aspect of our company. Polyflon offers a range of fluoropolymer tubing materials including PTFE tubing, FEP tubing, PFA tubing, PVDF tubing and ETFE tubing, available in three main styles: smoothbore, convoluted and corrugated. Flat products from Polyflon include melt extruded fluoropolymer films characterised by the trade name FLONFILM™ produced from FEP, PFA, ECTFE, ETFE and PVDF. Polyflon offers high quality, bespoke thermoformed tubing, tube assemblies, thermoformed thin film diaphragms, custom machined components in selected grades and punched parts in such diverse materials.
