Precise Tool and Manufacturing was founded in 1974 and started off as a quick turn around small parts manufacturer. Throughout this time, we built up our CNC machine tool base to support the efforts of our design and build department. Seeing the potential growth in CNC parts manufacturing, Precise focused its efforts in this area and moved to our current location at 9 Coldwater Crescent, starting with 7,500 square feet of space. We have an overall commitment to quality, precision workmanship, and on-time delivery, attracting customers from companies around the eastern United States. Computerized estimating and job costing help keep track of all phases of manufacturing, including delivery. Our employees are proud of their capabilities; we are committed to providing them with a plant that is clean, well light, and one of the most modern in operation today. The finished product must not only perform better, but it must also look better. To be a world-class leader in the manufacturing of precision machined and fabricated components and assemblies.

We are a team of 700 dedicated people in facilities totaling ~250,000 square feet in four integrated locations. We have 3 ultra modern plants in Vermont, featuring a complete array of automated production machine tools as well as facilities in Mexico and New Hampshire. We are available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Precise Machine Company is a Chicago-based CNC machine shop that serves manufacturers in every industry across the United States. We specialize in the high precision CNC milling, turning, and jig boring of aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and many other materials to produce parts that meet our customers’ exact tolerance and requirements. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR-registered company, we are a preferred shop for machining high-tolerance components from Aerospace and Military and Defense companies. In addition to our CNC services and machining, we provided value-added services such as anodizing, chem film processing, engraving, etching, marking, heat treating, painting, passivating, plating, and more. We specialize in the high precision CNC machining of electronic and medical PCB enclosures, aluminum castings, forgings, thin-walled parts, motors, pumps, generator housings, end bells, electrical connectors,…. Precision Machining Services was a dream in 1992 in a two-car garage in Red Bank, TN. Its’ humble beginning included manual lathes, mills, and grinders in support of the tool and die industry. There was a belief that if items were built with quality, the first time, then people would continue to come back for their manufacturing needs. This approach brought steady growth to Precision until it needed to expand into its first building in 1997. The dedication to quality and delivery allowed for Precision to enter the photographic industry as a major supplier.

We are a proud, second generation family business, with over 40 employees, in our recently expanded 21,000 square foot facility. Our goal is to provide customized job shop manufacturing while upholding our values of customer service, honoring the community, and ethics. Precision Machine continues to uphold its foundations built upon Christian faith, ethics, and a core belief that all things work to the good for those that love the Lord. We are capable of short and long term production runs, prototypes and new designs, with preferences towards complex and precision parts and assemblies with tight tolerances. We are presently an AS 9100 D and ISO 9001/2015 Certified Company. The company was founded in 1990 by our current President Mircea Moga as a manufacturing consulting company for the machine shops in the greater Portland area. In 1994 CNC Precision Manufacturing leased a building in NE Portland and started manufacturing of precision-machined components.
