The plant covers about 15,000 square meters, and is a fully integrated manufacturer of molds, die casting, aluminum alloy high strength squeeze casting, plastic injection moldings, 3D printing and CNC machining. For our new developed aluminum squeeze casting process, we have applied for invention patent utility model patents. The Squeeze Casting Processing creates less holes and has a higher density than traditional casting process, and its mechanical properties are similar to those of forged product, making them suitable for various lightweight products, especially automobiles. We have cooperated with lots of manufacturers to develop and produce lightweight aluminum alloy parts with this squeeze casting process.
