RJC Manufacturing is a contract machine shop that specializes in CNC machining/turning of precision parts. RJC has years of experience machining a wide variety of materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, super alloys, tool steel, aluminum, monels, inconels, stellites, and plastics to name a few. Additionally with our large part capability, we can perform many jobs others cannot. Our programmers & machinists have over 30 years of experience with custom design projects, automation, robotics, and build to print assemblies just to name a few.

Utilization of the latest in CAD/CAM technology coupled with leading edge CNC and EDM machining makes J&R the most efficient and "go to" facility for prototype work and full manufacturing. Services and capabilities include state-of-the-art equipment at an 8,000 square foot facility, machining tolerances held to +/-.0001 and EDM/Grinding tolerance +/- .00002. In addition to his manufacturing career, Roger served as Chairman of the National Tooling & Machining Association where he saw first-hand the challenges facing contract manufacturers, the manufacturing investment community, and the changing relationship between manufacturers and the OEM community. Thus, the creation of RJ3 and our Business Advisory Services and Manufacturing Consortium. RJ3 engages with manufacturing client's leadership teams on an on-going basis to enhance and/or develop their essential roadmap for growth that can be translated into actionable and executable applications to assure the company’s current and future success. We also offer OEMs a global Manufacturing Consortium of highly qualified and certified manufacturers and products to meet their needs worldwide and across multiple industries.
