The "Research and Development" department focuses on innovative projects in which our experts from the fields of physics, chemistry, and materials science explore new perspectives on complex testing tasks on surfaces, interfaces, and materials, or explore new avenues in damage analysis. This has already resulted in several new designs and patents. In the field of technical cleanliness, RIO GmbH offers SEM/EDX particle and filter analysis in addition to standard analysis. RIO GmbH has also been a reliable partner for years to all those who entrust us with their measuring and testing equipment. For metrological tasks, we have access to our extensively equipped calibration laboratory with our Leitz PMM XI, as well as a coordinate measuring machine that guarantees measurement results for gauges and components with very small measurement uncertainties. The RIO portfolio is rounded out by the commitment to sharing our in-house expertise with those eager to learn. Seminars in the field of measurement and testing technology are offered as traditional classroom training courses, as well as online or in-house seminars. We are a member of the German Society of Quality (DGQ), because we strive for the highest quality.
