Nowadays, almost a fully automatic production cycle takes place in our own factory where we manufacture and deliver our products around the globe. S&B Metal Products is a dynamic organization continually investing in new resources and embracing fresh ways to elevate the level of our services. Representing our continued dedication to meeting our customers’ specialized application needs, S&B Metal Products has recently expanded our Bradenton, Florida facility to include a 5,000 sq-ft shop solely dedicated to the fabrication of sanitary stainless steel components for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related markets. This expansion demonstrates our commitment to strategically positioning ourselves in a leadership role for providing the highest quality products to customers in these industries. Inside the new, controlled-environment facility, our one to two shifts operate in eight delineated areas to control the flow of work through the production cycle. Inbound raw material is separated into discrete storage areas, and each fabrication process — sawing, machining, bending, welding, and finishing – takes place in a work zone outfitted with specialized equipment, dedicated stainless steel tooling, and covered tables and racks to help maintain a clean, contaminant-free environment.

S&B is the largest provider of pipe sealing solutions in the U.S. Many years of experience in the water works industry has provided the in-depth knowledge that has positioned S&B as the preferred distributor of sealing products. S&B has the ability to develop and test products. As a distributor of Hultec products, S&B has access to Hultec’s extensive engineering department and accredited rubber testing lab (ISO/IEC 17025:2005) in Costa Rica. In Dec.1994, our plant was the first manufacturing facility in Costa Rica to gain ISO 9001 certification. With its plant located in Fort Worth, Texas, S&B can also offer Made In The USA products. This is a tradition that S&B continues to follow and will carry on into the future. S&B Technical Products is a family-owned business, founded in 1981 by Brad Corbett Sr.
