A pioneer in the development of the Locate-the-Remaining-Oil (LTRO) and Field Performance Benchmarking techniques, Rod is always seeking to bring new value-orientated ways of thinking about assets to our clients. For our consultancy clients Rod specialises in delivering C-Suite advice such as corporate strategy advice, portfolio-level benchmarking, reserves audits, project gate reviews & technical due diligence.

Stephen Roddick is Resilient North‘s owner, operator and Senior Analyst. Through 10+ years of work across four orders of government (federal, Indigenous, territorial and municipal), Stephen has advised ministers, chiefs and ambassadors, led complex international projects, and helped shape and implement local, regional and national strategies. He is passionate about the power of data visualization and civic engagement to address complex environmental, social, and economic problems. Building on an academic foundation in political science (BA, St. Francis Xavier) and public and international affairs (MA, uOttawa), Stephen’s work has focused on the development and implementation of programs, projects and policies that help communities and governments address their most pressing climate change and sustainability challenges.
