SJB Industries was established in 1992, providing selected management services to Automotive Industries (OE, OES and aftermarket component suppliers) supplier. When an increased demand on internal resources prevents timely project completions, SJB can provide additional support assisting in successful timely completion. No one can effectively offer all solutions to all problems.

For more than 15 consecutive years, SJS—also transacting business as SJS Industrial—has provided federal agencies and military commands with facilities-related support, focusing on boosting functionality and safety, increasing availability/uptime, and controlling life cycle costs. Twenty-five percent of our workforce is composed of veterans and we are always trying to increase the number of veterans on our staff, as they combine impressive technical acumen with exemplary ethics and effective leadership styles.

We are a “design-to-delivery” aesthetics solutions provider with the ability to design, develop and manufacture a diverse product portfolio for a wide range of customers primarily in the automotive and consumer appliance industries. Our products are subject to stringent quality checks and testing in laboratories at our facilities. SJS is one of the leading players in the Indian decorative aesthetics industry. Our product offerings include decals and body graphics, 2D appliques and dials, 3D appliques and dials, 3D lux badges), domes, overlays, aluminum badges, in-mould label or decoration parts,, lens mask assembly and chrome-plated, printed and painted injection moulded plastic parts. SJS has a strong focus on new product development and it has a dedicated ‘new product development’ team. We differentiate ourselves on the basis of the wide range of our product portfolio, quality of our product offerings, our product design and development capabilities and the strength of our relationships with customers located across various industries globally. SJS has received the IATF 16949 certification and focuses on product quality and on-time delivery. To add value to it's brand, products and customer portfolio, SJS acquired Exotech Plastics in 2021.

After 40 years of serving both the Los Angeles community and markets across the globe, S&J has closed it's doors. Our goal had always been to exit on a high note and after nearly 40 years in the automotive parts industry, we strategically transitioned our supplier partnerships, divested our inventory and are closing our shop. However, due to some of the legal and licensing issues around S&J’s property and business operations, we were unable to inform anyone of this major change until it became official. We truly treasure the relationships we have built personally and professionally and are honored by the support and friendship that has been extended to us over the years. We are thankful for all of our customers, employees, business partners, vendors and friends who helped to build S&J over the years.

We are proud to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and continue our legacy of service and support to the community. We are equally proud to operate the largest, cleanest industrial paint and powder shop on the East Coast. Our 34,000 square foot state-of-the-art production facility sits on5 acres and features several 40-foot-deep blast, powder, and paint booths capable of handling large scale metal projects like:. SJS Industrial’s core mission is to dependably provide maritime and defense customers with technologically advanced powder and paint coating services that are durable and measurably extend the service life of equipment, fixtures, and components. Military and federal agencies, as well as the esteemed shipyards and defense contractors that support them, count on SJS Industrial to clean, prep, coat, pack, and deliver projects in a professional, white-glove manner. SJS Industrial possesses redundant production equipment to ensure uptime and prevent delays. We possess several loading docks, ramps, and special reinforced flooring allowing for deliveries on 18 wheelers to be driven directly into the production shop. Our parking lots are well lit and monitored by cameras, as is the production shop.

Eager to build on existing products and practices, Solberg and Bloy founded JSI and immediately began developing solutions for paper manufacturers based on their 40-plus years of experience in the industry. Spare Parts Specialists provides engineering and manufacturing support to JSI’s clients. JSI quickly built a reputation as a world leader in paper manufacturing, particularly in production improvements and operational safety. The company has made tremendous strides in developing and delivering many innovations that improve the throughput of paper mills, including the Slitter Solution Program , the Accu-Slit System , and comprehensive safety audits. Today, JSI is headquartered in Georgia and operates six regional maintenance facilities across the United States. JSI has also built an international network of partnerships that address any need in the paper manufacturing industry using the best available options.
