Our manufacturing process is defined by the standard sets of requirements for a quality management system (QMS) in manufacturing processes. EMI O-rings are electrically conductive gaskets that provide constant shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI), disturbances that can disrupt electronic components, modules, and systems. In response to these challenges, MIL-SPEC Gaskets and Seals manufactured from Silicone or Fluorosilicone, among other materials, can provide the specifications required to meet the performance demands of Defense applications. Automotive and Electric Vehicles provide challenges for gaskets and seals. EMI elastomers that use either Silicone or Fluorosilicone as the base elastomer and are sometimes filled with nickel-aluminum, nickel-graphite, silver-aluminum, silver-copper, silver-glass, and silver-nickel provide excellent shielding for the many components within an uncrewed system. Because these shielding gaskets are made of particle-filled silicones, they also provide environmental sealing and resist a wide range of service temperatures. The metal or metal-coated particles provide EMI shielding and electrical conductivity.
