Our goals are to educate others on the benefits of working with extrusions, instead of machining the entire shape, and to provide our customers with fast, cost-effective, and accurate extrusions. We provide custom aluminum extrusions for a variety of industries and applications. We specialize in custom aluminum extrusions and currently operate two 3.5” presses and one 5” press. We closely examine the drawing specifications customers provide to create the best extrusion possible and offer a competitive minimum quantity of 25 pounds to help customers who are in the prototyping phase. These industries include Aviation & Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, Firearms, Electronics, Medical, and Consumer Products; however, we are always eager to take on a new industry or product. Our facility and manufacturing processes are AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring high-quality production that meets the standards of even the most stringently regulated industries. Our efficient production techniques and AS9100D-certified standards continually meet the demands of the aviation and aerospace industry. Our expertise in precise, close tolerances allow us to create medical device components that meet the needs of the medical sector.
