Through this partnership, UgMO develops impactful water conservation curriculum for K-12 students and sponsors the students implementing those initiatives. Derek joined the UgMO team as a Data Analyst bringing with him a diverse background in turfgrass management and research. Derek’s primary goal with UgMO is to provide field operations and our customers data-driven insights into irrigation practices to promote efficient and effective landscape management. Brad joined the UgMO team in 2011 after spending 10 years leading a company from start-up to acquisition and another two years managing a book of business for the largest green industry distributor in the country.
