When we met, Howard had founded several companies at the intersection of data and healthcare, and we bonded over a pattern that we had both seen repeatedly. We started uGuru with a focus on all things data – data cleaning, normalizing metrics, building visualizations – a great example of which is a custom reporting platform we built for Providence Health Systems that is being used by over 400 CFOs and finance leaders as a single source of financial truth. Our team is made up of experts with technical know-how, strategists who think outside the box, and developers who push innovation. David is the co-founder of Uguru Data Sciences and currently helps guide the overall vision of the company. Melissa is passionate about helping clients succeed, and has a background in strategy and operations consulting and start-ups. Leads the Product Management team and works with clients to prioritize new and exciting features into our product. James has a long product development history spanning a number of industries including travel, telecommunications, consulting and consumer electronics. Leading through education to enrich the customer experience allowing them to achieve their goals and realize success.

Since 2017, we have been working closely with cotton growers across Australia, increasing their productivity and yield, while improving their water-use efficiency by over 15% and delivering a nett benefit of $250 per hectare/2.5acres. Today, we service over 60% of the Australian cotton market with our world-leading irrigation management solution. John is the founding executive chairman of UAG Bio Nutrients, bringing more than 40 years of involvement in agribusiness, engineering and construction management to the team. Peter is a co-founder of UAG Bio Nutrients and has been involved in agribusiness, engineering and automation systems for 35 years. Brett is a qualified vet who has consulted for over 30 years in improving human and animal nutrition through soil improvement. John has founded and grown several innovative companies – with successful exits. Designed and built the factory as Managing Director and Company Secretary of the public unlisted Co. Has lectured on TQM and JIT production systems. Using this as the foundational building block for holistic links in the soil, plant, microbial, animal and human ecological interactions. Strong focus on soil health education and the simplicity of biologically friendly inputs generating balanced highly functional soils driving production and carbon sequestration in pastures, broadacre cereal, irrigation and specialist crops.
