Vogel is best-characterised as a technology provider for water- and wastewater treatment plants (municipal, industrial) worldwide. Our sector has become very demanding and complex, calling for a wide range of technological expertise to meet steadily growing challenges. They now come together with advanced sludge treatment and reuse; production-, treatment- and energetic utilisation of biogas, as well as odour treatment. Besides building new plants, we are experienced in upgrading and/or extending existing plants as well. Vogel is able to offer full technologies, using competitively priced mechanical equipment of our associated workshops, all from one hand, with undivided guarantees.

We are applying centuries of large-scale fermentation and downstream processing expertise to purpose-built capability for the biotechnology of food and sustainable bio-products, the next evolution of brewing. BioBrew seeks to apply this knowledge and expertise to lead the development and profitable growth of ‘precision fermentation’ at large, commercial scale. Through unique partnerships with world leaders in bio-product applications, bio-engineering, and consumer packaged goods, BioBrew aims to enable the creation of commercial and highly functional, animal- and GMO-free protein in a scalable, sustainable, and cost-efficient manner.

Molbiotech is an Austria based biotechnology company working towards developing smart bioproducts. Various projects in cooperation with industrial companies have been successfully provided solutions in developing bio-based products and bioprocesses over nearly two decades. Expression technology and Metabolic Engineering provide the basis for developing efficient production strains. Chemolithoautotrophic microbes capable of efficiently metabolizing carbon dioxide into valuable products such as designed feed protein and biopolymers are providing solutions towards a CO2 neutral industry. The Kissabel® apple (variety R201) is known around the world for its fruit pulp, which can vary from pink to red. The juice is just as attractive as the apple, mainly because its unique taste and a characteristic red colour ranging from violet to ruby red.
