Driven by our desire to revolutionise wastewater, our solutions promote circular economies that provide real benefits for all industry players, communities and the environment. Through the use of our patented green technology, we are able to facilitate more than just extraction of problematic matter from our water systems, but its conversion into renewable energy. In this way, we offer a new approach to industrial processes, and opportunities for community operations to drive recurring revenue. In addition, the raw materials used in the production of biogas, like manure, food scraps, crop residues and other bio-organic waste, are always readily available as feedstock. The by-product of the biogas generation process is enriched organic (digestate) matter, which makes the perfect fertilizer to accelerate plant growth and cultivate resilience to disease. This is what allows the cost of biogas production to be relatively low. Biodiesel is a domestically produced, clean-burning, renewable substitute for petroleum diesel.

Founded in 2011, Waste4Generation began as a way to bring high-rate anaerobic digestion to the market, facilitating the onsite treatment of effluent wastes. This provided Waste4Generation with the ability to conduct feasibility studies on our client’s waste streams. In addition, we provide the opportunity to conduct feasibility studies on behalf of our clients, to provide sustainable solutions for their waste. We provide our experience with anaerobic digestion and consult on other AD plants to assist with increasing their production, improving digester health, as well as assistance with feedstocks. We provide support for investors and operators, helping them to realise the true potential of their assets and optimising their operations. After successfully commissioning the Corby site and based on the significant combined experience of the team, we began to be brought in as consultants for investment groups and asset managers to help and assist where high-value assets were struggling to realise their full potential and significantly increase their biogas production. Based on our knowledge of these large scale plants and our experience gained, Waste4Generation is now using this know-how to create high quality feedstocks for the AD market, where far too often plant’s utilise low quality and often expensive feedstock, which does little to benefit the plant. Our feedstocks are carefully created to benefit both the plant and process, improve gas production and to supply key nutrients vital for bacterial colony health.
