We manufacture for a wide range of medical applications utilising primarily our advanced laser & EDM manufacturing technologies. We are equipped with laser welding, cutting, marking and 3D printing, conventional multi-axis machining, wire-EDM & sink-EDM. We are growing, and frequently introducing new processes and technologies. Therefore we are always looking for new people to join our happy team. XL Precision Technologies specialise in the manufacturer of precision micro-components, complex tubular components and sub-assemblies for the medical device industry. We offer DFM, prototyping and production solutions to our medical device customers. Across 2021 and 2022 we have more than doubled the manufacturing space in both UK and USA facilities. Laser Technology Center become fully operational in the new 20,000 sq ft UK manufacturing facility.
